  • 1. Booth Sharing: Exhibitors are not permitted to share or sub-contract their booth space, distribute business cards or display signage for other companies within their booth space, unless approved in advance by The Holiday Wishlist Expo. Management serves the right for final floor plan and booth placements.
    2. Liability: The licensee (exhibitor) agrees to hold the management of The Holiday Wishlist Expo, harmless and free from liability as a result of stolen goods, personal injury or damage to his property, agents or third party persons while on the premises of the above event. In the event of show cancellation due to state-of-emergency situations, every effort will be made to reschedule the show within a reasonable time period. We regret that cash refunds are not available to exhibitors unable to attend on the alternative show date.
    3. Cancellation: Deposits are non-refundable but your booth or table can be transferred to another company.
    4. Event Cancellation: If the event were to be cancelled for any reason then all vendors will receive a full refund.
